AliShopai serves three main groups: customers, businesses, and representatives. This page explains how each one works on the platform today.
- Create an account and manage your profile and addresses in one place.
- Browsing products and categories becomes available as the catalog is prepared.
- Some businesses may offer different commercial terms depending on the customer classification.
- Some purchases may happen directly, or with the help of an AliShopai representative where that is supported.
- Submit an application to join AliShopai as a seller.
- Go through business identity and document verification.
- Get access approval for the markets the platform operates in.
- Set up the business’s commercial terms as part of the seller agreement.
- Manage the business from a private seller workspace (Seller Center).
