AliShopai representatives support customers and connect them with businesses registered on the platform, within specific customer sectors approved for each representative.
How the representative model works

Application & approval
A representative submits an application, which is reviewed and approved through the platform before they begin.

Selected customer sectors
Each representative works within one or more customer sectors specifically approved for them.

Customer invitation & attribution
A representative invites their customers through a private invite link, which attributes them to that representative’s account.

Independent order attribution
Orders remain attributed to the representative who was active at the time they were created, independently and traceably.

A private workspace
A representative follows up on their customers and orders from their own private workspace inside AliShopai.
A note on the nature of the relationship
Working as an AliShopai representative does not constitute an employment relationship, and does not include a salary, guaranteed income, or guaranteed sales. Representative commercial terms are managed within the representative agreement on the platform.
