Clear parties and responsibilities
The brand that receives your inquiry is not necessarily the party that contracts with you or collects payment. These are the rules we apply to every project.
Who owns the platform receiving your inquiry?
The platform is owned by Bayraktar KG Group.
Who is the local agent?
Land of Opportunities is the Group's agent in Jordan. Any agent's role in a project is set out clearly in the project proposal and agreement; agent information is on the Our Agents page.
Who signs the software development contract?
The authorised contracting entity whose legal name is stated explicitly in the proposal and agreement for your project.
Who receives payment and issues the invoice?
The entity named in the contract and payment documents — not automatically the brand that received the inquiry.
Who owns the software deliverables?
This is defined in the project contract: each party's pre-existing IP, custom deliverables, licences and third-party components.
Who provides support and maintenance?
The party expressly responsible under the accepted service agreement, for the scope and term it states.
Does a local agent carry delivery or financial obligations?
No — unless its own contract expressly grants that role, and your project proposal says so.
