- The group develops, operates and maintains the platform's technology.
- Platform management
- The group manages the marketplace, including seller approval and product oversight.
- Contracting with customers
- The sale contract is between the customer and the selling store, which is the official seller of the product.
- Fee collection
- Order payments are made through the marketplace's official payment gateway and settled to the seller net of the agreed commission.
- Invoicing
- The selling store, as the official seller, issues the sales receipt or invoice, and the platform issues its commission document to the seller.
- Refunds
- Under the approved Jordan returns policy, with the seller responsible for the product.
- Customer support
- Through the Help Center and in-account support requests.
- Data handling
